Position Responsibilities:
Work directly with engineering teams to support customers in their use of AWS services and features. Evaluate customer technical needs and current systems to facilitate the successful adoption of AWS solutions. Build full application stacks from the system (Linux or Windows) up through a custom application, focusing on a part of a network from layer 3 and higher, or web-related programming that includes the consumption of web services. Work directly with Enterprise accounts and oversee support cases. Analyze and review the operational performance of AWS for customers. Influence and engage executives of critical issues. Examine service disruptions, metrics, and detailed pre-launch planning and create solutions. Attend customer meetings and use key customer resolution tools across service groups to facilitate rapid resolution of customer concerns.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $194,300/year to $262,800/year.
