The worldwide Apple Retail Engagement Marketing and Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.
The Creative team in REM drives excellence in how our learning, communication, and experiential content is expressed. In this role, you’ll work both conceptually and practically to innovate, elevate, and expand the ways we stay connected and serve our audiences through best in class video. From pitch to edit, you’ll be focused on inspiring and recognizing our amazing teams around the world, along with delivering information and perspectives critical to our business.
The Digital Content Lead will be an evangelist of Today at Apple, and is responsible for planning, developing and delivering content that reflects Today at Apple programming, online.
In this role, you will partner closely with Retail Engagement Marketing and Merchandising, Today at Apple Creative, Apple Store App, Apple Store Online, internal Apple partners, and external talent / agencies to conceive, create, produce and implement a content strategy that reflects brings our in store programming initiatives to the digital space.
This further development of the digital element of Today at Apple, making it accessible to customers outside our stores, will require a strategic thinker who has extensive experience managing content capture agencies, internal creative teams and a deep understanding of content strategy and integration. Understanding of e-commerce and customer journey planning within China would also essential.
