As an Engineering Program Specialist (EPS), you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end new product development by partnering with cross-functional teams across Greater China and the U.S., including Engineering Program Managers (EPMs), Hardware Engineering, Product Design, and Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of incoming materials and outgoing modules and form factors, proactively addressing logistics and material challenges, and providing timely risk assessments throughout engineering development builds. This high-impact position demands strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
