At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.
Netflix aspires to “entertain the world” by finding amazing stories, and by sharing those stories through a personalized product experience that pleases our members and generates value for the business. The Growth & Monetization Strategy team focuses on that product experience, seeking to improve our strategy through new plans, differentiated features, new business initiatives, and pricing relative to the value we provide. To guide the business effectively, this role requires evaluating Netflix’s product experience across markets and platforms, and understanding consumer behavior changes to various offerings and product experiences.
We collaborate closely with several teams, including Data Science and Engineering, Consumer Insights, Corporate Finance, and Growth Product. This role will be based in Los Gatos or Los Angeles, California, and report to a Senior Manager of Growth & Monetization F&S.
