What you will be doing

Our New Zealand client is embarking on an exciting journey to reimagine experiences and solutions for their business banking customers. In this role you will:

 

  • Apply your robust toolkit of BA skills and techniques to analyse and synthesise information, to understand the organisational context and inform product and business strategy.
  • Contribute to product design, support development sprints and assist with product launch activities.
  • Oversee product launch activities, coordinate across cross-functional teams and lead post-launch reviews to capture lessons learned.
  • Track metrics and deliver business insights by conducting data analysis that identify trends and strategic insights.
  • General business analysis activities as they arise – process mapping, creating and maintaining processes documentation, organise and facilitate workshops etc.
  • Work efficiently with multifunctional project stakeholders to elicit business requirements that are easy to understand and fit for purpose.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate requirements clearly.
