- Responsible for developing and commercializing a suite of Marketing Services to deliver a sustainable, profitable, and long-term revenue driver for Visa.
- Develop a path to driving an embedded model with top strategic clients across the region, where there is repeatable and committed revenue/engagement each year.
- Partner with Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) to develop (One Visa) strategic operating model to help better serve our clients and maximize revenue for both VCA and Marketing.
- Develop and expand service lines for the NALP region, with a focus on scaling revenue but also optimizing margin.
- Lead global RFP response efforts across regional Client opportunities, including the response, pitch work and ideation showcasing Visa as the most competitive and strategic option for our clients.
- Advance Visa Project Central (VPC) capability and adoption across CEMEA
- Manage the annual planning cycle through a strategic, bottom-up approach
- Partner with the NALP leadership to support strategic thought leadership and advancement of larger sponsorship and non-sponsorship client offerings
- Champion cross-functional operating model, including with country Client Marketing leads, VCA and Finance
- Develop clear and concise executive level communications to report the progress and financials of NALP Marketing Services
