Your core work involves architecting and implementing integrations between Workday, data warehouses, data lakes, and enterprise systems, leveraging workflow orchestration tools. You'll build robust, reusable, well-governed data pipelines and APIs ensuring HR data is accessible, reliable, and secure. When business needs require complete solutions beyond pure integration work, you'll bring full-stack capabilities to build internal tools, self-service portals, or specialized applications.
