As we scale to meet evolving business and customer demands, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven PMO Leader - Cloud Infrastructure and Acquisition to lead transformative change across our global infrastructure.
Within CO+I, the Lease and Land (L&L) team ensures timely and cost-effective delivery of datacenter capacity by securing land and lease options for new campuses. Balancing owned builds with leased capacity, we enable growth to meet evolving customer needs. Our core responsibilities span site selection, land acquisition, land development, community engagement, lease negotiations and delivery. Through strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and global portfolio management, we provide the foundation for Microsoft’s infrastructure expansion.
In this pivotal role, you will guide a team responsible for designing and executing enterprise-level business architecture and strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and accelerate our journey toward the future state. You’ll partner with business and engineering leaders to lead multiple large-scale programs, balancing technical depth with business acumen.
