What's it all about?
As a VCA Implementation Services (VIS) Senior Manager you will manage consulting engagements for Visa clients in Poland. You will be based in Warsaw, however most of the time you will spend at the Client’s office.
You will:
Lead sales and participate in VIS projects delivery
Drive meaningful business relationships between Visa and its key clients, build trustful relationships, and coordinate stakeholders’ communication
Be an experienced IT strategy consultant, and implementation specialist able to help our clients grow their business, especially in the payments and digital domains
Day to day:
Sell and Deliver VIS projects to Visa clients, cross-sell and up-sell Visa solutions and capabilities
Manage projects portfolio as a VIS Pod Lead (Client Manager/ Project Portfolio Manager)
Recruit and manage VIS resources working on-site with Visa clients
Maintain full responsibility for delivering VIS revenue and margin targets for selected Clients in Poland
Lead and deliver projects through either self, other internal or external staff as appropriate
Manage project costs to agreed budgets and timeframes and ensure high standard of delivery
Understand our clients’ business objectives, identify opportunities and improvements to grow the business and digital banking of our clients
Develop and propose appropriate concepts and digital business solutions to clients
Leverage Visa’s innovation, product and data capabilities to further grow our clients’ business by working together with the sales and digital product teams
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
